We are seeking a skilled Store Operations Manager to join our leadership team.

This is a hands-on role where you will drive sales growth, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and foster a positive store culture. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager across all areas of the business, including visual merchandising, stock handling, and compliance processes.
  • Lead by example - setting high standards in service, safety, and presentation. You will be responsible for training, coaching, and supporting your team to build skills and confidence.
  • Oversee stock handling, merchandising, and compliance processes to ensure efficient operations.
  • Support a collaborative and inclusive team culture that values diversity and inclusion.
  • Make every customer interaction count - every day. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that every customer leaves the store satisfied.
What We're Looking For

You will need:

  • Previous experience in leadership or supervisor roles with retail or hospitality.
  • A people-first mindset with strong coaching and team-building skills.
  • Great communication and a calm, solutions-focused approach.
  • Confidence in visual merchandising and store presentation.
  • Organised and efficient, with strong admin and IT skills.
  • Full availability including weekends, and full working rights in Australia.
