Job Title

Lead Store Operations to Achieve Excellence in Customer Service and Sales.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing the skills of our store staff.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in retail management, with experience in leading teams, managing budgets, and implementing sales strategies. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience - Develop and implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring that every customer has a positive and engaging experience in our store.
  • Delivery - Analyze sales performance data and develop strategies to drive sales growth, working closely with the store manager and other team members to achieve business objectives.
  • Teamwork and People Management - Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to help them reach their full potential.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
  • Proven track record in sales growth, customer satisfaction, and team development.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
