Retail Store Operations Manager

A dynamic and customer-focused leader is required to run day-to-day store operations.
- Implement effective operational strategies, prioritizing customer satisfaction and efficiency.
- Mentor and motivate the team to achieve sales objectives through targeted training and coaching.
- E nsure compliance with health and safety standards, maintaining a secure work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels, ordering new items as necessary to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Hire, train, develop, and manage new staff members, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
- Maintain exceptional store conditions and visual merchandising standards, driving customer engagement and loyalty.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, handling queries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven leadership and management experience in a retail environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field an asset.
