As an accomplished education leader, this opportunity allows for the development and implementation of a comprehensive Pastoral Care and Student Wellbeing Programme. We are seeking a seasoned educator to drive student success and wellbeing.
About the Role- This is a senior leadership position that requires strong strategic thinking, effective communication, and collaboration with teachers and stakeholders.
- Design, implement, and review the effectiveness of the Pastoral Care and Student Wellbeing Programme.
- Lead a team of educators to promote student achievement and wellbeing, focusing on individualized support and development.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and other key stakeholders to develop and refine school policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (Bachelor of Education) and a proven track record of successful leadership in education.
- Strong understanding and appreciation of regional Queensland education systems and practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
- Working Rights for Australia (or eligible to gain).
