Job Title: In-House Legal Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and highly respected global agribusiness as an In-House Legal Specialist.

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented legal professional with 1-2 years of post-admission experience to join our collaborative in-house legal team in Adelaide.

The successful candidate will work closely with experienced in-house counsel and business stakeholders across a range of legal matters, including commercial contracts, procurement, and operational projects.

This role offers excellent exposure to the inner workings of a major international business and the opportunity to develop skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in providing timely, commercially sound legal advice to senior leaders across the business.
  • Support legal matters relating to commercial contracts, procurement, and operational projects.
  • Provide assistance with employment law issues, in collaboration with the HR team.
  • Liaise with external legal advisors as required and help ensure cost-effective outcomes.
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 1-2 years' post-admission experience, ideally in a reputable law firm or in-house legal environment.
  • Exposure to commercial, corporate, or employment law is advantageous.
  • A proactive mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Eager to learn, grow, and take ownership of your work in a high-performing team.
