Job Title: In-House Legal Professional

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual with 1-2 years' post-admission experience to join our collaborative in-house legal team in Adelaide. As an in-house legal professional, you will work closely with experienced in-house counsel and business stakeholders across a range of legal matters.

The role offers excellent exposure to the inner workings of a major international business and the opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive environment. You will be responsible for providing timely and commercially sound legal advice to senior leaders across the business, supporting legal matters relating to commercial contracts, procurement, and operational projects, and providing assistance with employment law issues in collaboration with the HR team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality legal advice to support business growth and development.
  • Support the management of legal risks and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including business leaders and HR teams.
  • Contribute to the development of business-aligned legal solutions and strategies.
  • Liaise with external legal advisors as required to ensure cost-effective outcomes.
About You:
  • Post-admission experience: 1-2 years
  • Commercial, corporate, or employment law exposure advantageous
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in a high-performing team
