Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the event set-up, pack-down, and seamless service to ensure smooth operations and high standards are met.
  • Brief the team at the beginning of the event, provide clear direction, and support them to exceed guest expectations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in motivating and leading a team in a busy events & function area or F&B venue, preferably with hotels, restaurants, or event services.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Confident multi-tasker who can deliver under pressure, remaining calm when responding to last-minute changes.
  • Attention to detail and enthusiasm to take ownership and deliver a unique guest experience.
  • Knowledge of wines, beers, and spirits.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and support the wider team's success.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility with availability, including minimum hours from 3pm to 9:30pm Wednesday to Friday and 11am to 9pm Saturdays.
Additional Requirements
  • Hold a current RSA certification.
  • Hold evidence of completing a food safety course.
  • Have the legal right to work in Australia without limitation or restrictions.
