Job Title: Recovery Specialist

At our organization, we are seeking a skilled Recovery Specialist to join our high-performing team.

The role involves managing customer accounts with early-stage arrears for secured and unsecured loans, maximizing recoveries while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assess customer financial situations and propose effective solutions to manage overdue accounts.
  2. Develop and implement debt recovery strategies, including payment plans and liaison with external agencies.
  3. Maintain accurate records of all communications and actions related to each account.
  4. Build strong relationships with management and internal teams.
  5. Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations, including the National Credit Code, Privacy Act, Australian Securities and Investments Commission guidelines, and Anti-Money Laundering/Know Your Customer requirements.

Post-probation, there is an opportunity to work two days a week remotely. We offer flexible working arrangements, social events, and initiatives promoting diversity and inclusion.
