Business Transformation Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Business Transformation Expert to drive the success of our transformation project. In this critical role, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather, interpret, and document requirements, map current and future state business processes, and collaborate on solutions that align with project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct solution walkthroughs, facilitate discussions, and support stakeholders during testing phases, ensuring the delivery of an integrated and user-focused solution.
  • Attend meetings outside regular working hours to accommodate US and European time zones.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst, with a proven ability to analyse and document business processes effectively.
  • Experience in the asset finance or financial services sector, demonstrating an understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
  • Strong analytical mindset with critical thinking skills to solve complex problems and deliver practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders and facilitate alignment across teams.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with leasing software or Oracle e-Business Suite would be highly advantageous.
