Job Profile

This role involves designing, implementing and maintaining business processes for a global organization. As an IT Process Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing current procedures, identifying areas for improvement and developing solutions to increase efficiency.


Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and design process improvements to meet business objectives.
  • Implement efficient workflow solutions to reduce costs and enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business processes with strategic goals.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of procedures and update procedure manuals as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, rules and standards.
  • Support audits and risk assessments by providing process documentation and evidence of controls.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in process engineering.
  • Improvement methodologies: Lean/Six Sigma (DMAIC).
  • Automation/scripting skills: Python, PowerShell.
  • Cloud platforms: Azure and/or AWS.
  • Analytical skills: root-cause analysis and problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications: Lean/Six Sigma belts, PMP.
  • Experience working in global teams and financial environments.
