A dynamic opportunity exists for an experienced project administrator to join our team in South Australia, supporting the delivery of telecommunications infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years of experience in a similar construction industry role and demonstrate strong data management and administrative capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Raise purchase orders and manage job costing, as well as maintain accurate records of subcontractor and supplier information.
  • Allocate and reconcile personnel and plant utilisation costs to projects.
  • Assist in preparing subcontract agreements and monthly progress claims.
  • Process accounts payable and general business administration tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent IT skills, with advanced Excel and Word knowledge.
  • Problem-solving ability and high personal motivation.
  • Strong attention to detail and solid data entry skills.
