Job Title: EOFY Tax Administrator

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to manage tax administration processes during the End of Financial Year (EOFY) period in Melbourne and Sydney.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Contacting registries and fund managers to obtain relevant tax statements.
  • Reconciling tax statements to holding positions.
  • Reprocessing tax calculations in either IPS, HUB or GWP.
  • Updating various metrics to monitor performance.
  • General adhoc administrative tasks as required.
Required Expertise:
  • Understanding of the Australian Financial Markets
  • Knowledge of Australian tax
  • Familiarity with Australian dividend process
  • Moderate to advanced excel skills
  • Excellent data entry skills
