Temporary EOFY Tax Administrator Role

We are seeking highly skilled temporary tax administrators to perform various tasks in Sydney. This contract position will commence in July and last between 3-6 months.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Contacting registries and fund managers to obtain relevant tax statements.
  • Reconciling tax statements to holding positions.
  • Reprocessing tax calculations in IPS, HUB or GWP systems.
  • Updating metrics to monitor performance.
  • Carrying out general administrative tasks as required.
Required Expertise:
  • Familiarity with the Australian Financial Markets.
  • Understanding of Australian taxation principles.
  • Knowledge of the Australian dividend process.
  • Moderate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent data entry abilities.
