We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Employment Facilitator

As an Employment Facilitator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering employment services across key regions. Your primary objective will be to support individuals in accessing meaningful employment and building lasting careers.

The Role:
  • Source and create career opportunities, matching clients to suitable and sustainable roles.
  • Champion inclusive employment and workforce diversity, focusing on people with disability, injury or health condition.
  • Engage and work with employers to address skill shortages through role carving and inclusive recruitment.
  • Broker work experience to build participant skills and assess employer/client compatibility.
  • Prepare workplaces to support and retain participants via adjustments and disability confidence training.
  • Facilitate employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion.
  • Build employer and community networks to create job opportunities.
  • Promote the organization as a trusted provider supporting people with disability to achieve career goals.
  • Meet or exceed internal and external performance benchmarks.

As an Employment Facilitator, you will have stability, resources, and support to grow your career and make an impact in people's lives. You will work closely with participants to explore their career goals, build confidence, and connect them with opportunities.

To be successful in this role, you will require strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills. You will also need to have a strong understanding of employment barriers faced by people with disability, injury, or health conditions.
