Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver the Inclusive Employment Australia program across key regions in New South Wales and Queensland.

The successful candidate will work with participants to explore career goals, build confidence, and connect them with suitable roles, while collaborating with employers to open doors for meaningful employment.

This role involves:

  • Sourcing and creating career opportunities that match clients' needs and skills.
  • Championing inclusive employment and workforce diversity, focusing on people with disability, injury, or health conditions.
  • Engaging with employers to address skill shortages through tailored recruitment strategies.
  • BROKERING work experience to develop participants' skills and assess employer/client compatibility.
  • Preparing workplaces to support and retain participants via adjustments and disability confidence training.
  • FACILITATING employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion.
  • Building employer and community networks to create job opportunities.
  • Promoting our organization as a trusted provider supporting people with disability to achieve their career goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Qualifications in Employment or Human Services – desirable
  • A proven ability to meet KPIs and manage workload effectively
  • A strong understanding of employment barriers faced by people with disability, injury, or health conditions
  • Skilled in providing tailored support and developing client-focused employment plans
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A current Driver's License - essential
