Digital Product Improvement Specialist

We're looking for a skilled Digital Product Improvement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving product development and improvement initiatives that enhance the customer experience.
- Support end-to-end product development by gathering requirements, documenting user stories, and defining acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product specifications and ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of product features, decisions, and updates for reference and clarity.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to align on product goals and outcomes.
- Leverage analytics tools to assess product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Experience in a business analyst or product improvement role, with expertise in analysing customer journeys and delivering insights that drive product improvements.
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimisation (CRO) practices and data-driven methodologies.
- Proficiency in analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Tableau.
- Knowledge of digital product development processes, including UX/UI design principles and technical oversight.
