Digital Product Experience Specialist

The primary goal is to continuously improve the user experience for ease of use, comprehension, accuracy, and compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
This involves exploration, discovery, design, and content production to support the work of various teams. Along the way, collaboration will occur with UX researchers, product managers, experience designers, and other specialists.
Key Responsibilities:- Advocate for best-practice design principles and processes
- Use analytics and customer insights to help identify optimisations that will improve customer experience and quality
- Devise evidence-based design recommendations based on user-testing, SEO research, and inputs from cross-functional teams
- Translate user and business requirements into compelling experiences
- Synthesise complex systems into coherent, concise, and compelling interface copy
- Propose and build scalable design artefacts, such as playbooks and problem-solving frameworks
- Around 3+ years of experience in UX writing and/or product content design
- Solid understanding of SEO, accessibility, and UX fundamentals, paired with high-level copywriting, grammar, and editing skills
- Experience working on content for both website and mobile applications
- Proven ability to effectively communicate design decisions and ideas to stakeholders at all levels
- Strong background in using data, research, and analytics to optimise performance
- Familiarity with enterprise CMS production platforms
- A growth mindset with experience in or curiosity about design thinking methodologies
- A tertiary qualification in communications, writing, journalism, marketing, or a related field
