Job Summary:

The Team Leader, Access is responsible for leading impactful projects in access and outage planning. This role drives compliance and reliability in critical energy infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver scheduling, coordination, and facilitation of planned outages of the electricity network.
  • Ensure safety of personnel, public, and plant while achieving organizational targets, minimizing costs, rework and impact on customer supply reliability.
  • Lead a team to manage outage schedules and coordinate network access.
  • Promote a positive, productive work environment through mentorship and coaching.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards including customer notification protocols.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Monitor and maintain high performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) targets.

Requirements:

  • Experience in electrical engineering or a related field with demonstrated experience in an operational or planning role.
  • Strong understanding of electricity distribution networks and compliance standards.
  • Problem-solving skills and experience managing complex challenges.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with industry safety standards including the Code of Practice on Electrical Safety.
