Job Title: Experienced Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized project coordinator to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support for multiple projects, ensuring all documentation, registers, plans, and progress reports are maintained accurately.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive project administration support, including preparing regular financial reports and managing purchase orders.
  • Monitor project budgets closely, applying conceptual and analytical skills to research solutions for intricate challenges.
  • Draft a wide range of project reports, spreadsheets, planning documents, and correspondence using various computer software packages.
  • Organise meetings, workshops, forums, and focus groups with both internal and external stakeholders, capturing key actions and decisions.
  • Deliver high-quality secretariat services to project boards, preparing agendas and recording minutes accurately.
  • Foster productive relationships with stakeholders at all levels, communicating effectively and supporting collaborative project outcomes.
  • Support team members with diverse skillsets in achieving shared objectives, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing across the organization.
  • Manage project email inboxes efficiently to ensure timely dissemination of information to relevant parties.
Requirements:
