About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Control Room Operator to join our team at one of our prominent client sites in Broadmeadows. As a Security Control Room Operator, you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring CCTV systems
  • Managing phone systems
  • Performing IT duties
  • Providing exceptional security and customer service
  • Guarding, patrolling, monitoring, and controlling assigned premises
  • Responding to emergencies, alarm events, and calls for assistance
  • Assessing and responding to situations of risk
  • Access control
  • Incident report writing and data logging

Rostered Hours

12-hour rotating shifts, including day and night shifts.

Requirements

  • Current Security License
  • Control Room & Monitoring experience (must be on license)
  • Control Room experience (2 years +)
  • Current First Aid certificate & CPR
  • Impeccable presentation
  • Flexibility to work rotating rosters, including nights and weekends
  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work as part of a team
