We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Management professional to join our team at Drake Supermarkets. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional customer experiences across all areas of Adelaide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Develop and implement effective customer service strategies to drive business growth and improve customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with store managers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless customer service delivery across all store locations.
  • Provide coaching and training to customer service representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer service management, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to improve customer service delivery.
