We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Japanese Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team at HOBAN Recruitment. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients in Japan, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Accountable for account opening processes, maintaining accurate client records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Customer Support: Respond to product and platform-related queries via phone and email, directing queries correctly and resolving customer disputes.
  • Deposit and Withdrawal Processing: Process clients' deposits and withdrawals in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot client accounts, resolving technical issues and providing solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Liaise with multiple departments and third parties to assist in resolving customer queries.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience working in finance, banking, accounting, insurance, or FinTech, or a call centre environment.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Japanese and good written and spoken English.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Critical thinker who enjoys problem-solving and can multitask.
