Requirements:

  • Strong experience as a design leader
  • Proven experience in a senior design leadership role, preferably as a 'head of' or similar
  • Demonstrable experience in product discovery and end-to-end life cycle understanding
  • Excellent collaboration and influencing skills
  • Highly developed leadership and mentoring skills
