We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Controls Analyst to join our team at The Star Entertainment Group. As a Senior Controls Analyst, you will play a critical role in identifying and mitigating risks within our financial and operational controls.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct business analysis to identify requirements and document process maps.
- Act as the liaison between business units, technology, risk, and compliance teams.
- Conduct deep dives into incidents and control deficiencies to understand root causes and develop appropriate plans to address gaps.
- Work with the business to document and test controls.
- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and work with other teams to understand processes and put forward recommendations to business owners and the controls team.
- Proven experience providing business analysis in a commercial or technology organization.
- Excellent organizational skills, specifically within process management and documentation.
- Advanced analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both in terms of written (documentation) and verbal (e.g., facilitating workshops).
- Bachelor's degree in commerce or technology or accreditation in Business Analysis desirable.
You are a Senior Analyst skilled in identifying and mitigating risks within financial and operational controls. Your strong analytical abilities and clear communication skills enable you to effectively convey complex information to diverse stakeholders. You thrive in fast-paced environments, stay ahead of industry trends, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
