Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Controls Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Controls Analyst, you will provide business analysis skills to support the effective design and implementation of controls to meet business processes. This includes supporting the investigation when there has been a process breakdown to identify the root cause and potential process and control enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct business analysis to identify requirements and document process maps.
  • Act as the liaison between the business units, technology, risk, and compliance teams.
  • Conduct deep dives into incidents and control deficiencies to understand root causes and develop appropriate plans to address gaps.
  • Work with the business to document and test controls.
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and work with other properties to understand processes to put forward recommendations to the business owners and the controls team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience providing business analysis in a commercial or technology organization.
  • Excellent organization skills, specifically within process management and documentation.
  • Advanced analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in terms of written (documentation) and verbal (e.g., facilitating workshops).
  • Bachelor's degree in commerce or technology or accreditation in Business Analysis desirable.
