About the role:

As part of the SEQ Project Delivery Office, you'll support SEQ Project Delivery and be responsible for developing and implementing project, program, and portfolio controls.

This role ensures visibility and communication of status, progress, and performance for the projects that impact and influence decision-making for QR and our delivery partners.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring consistent application of efficient and streamlined portfolio, program, and project controls for the SEQ Project Delivery team
  • Assisting in the monitoring and enhancing the effectiveness of systems and processes used by SEQ Project Delivery teams
  • Developing and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships to support efficient and effective delivery of the SEQ Project Delivery portfolio
  • Assisting with achieving the Queensland Rail Projects Group business targets, objectives, performance measures, safety responsibilities, and continually seeking to implement business performance improvement initiatives
