Job Title: Environmental Specialist

Description

We are seeking a skilled Environmental Specialist to join our team. As an Environmental Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and managing environmental systems across various projects.

You will work closely with project teams to ensure adherence to environmental regulations and standards. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing effective environmental management plans, conducting site investigations, and collecting and analyzing environmental data.

In this role, you will also provide guidance and support to project teams on the application of environmental legislation, policies, and best practices. Your ability to problem-solve, communicate effectively, and build strong relationships with stakeholders will be essential in achieving success.

Requirements
  • Degree qualification in Environmental Engineering or Science
  • Knowledge of environmental legislation and regulatory compliance
  • Experience in erosion and sediment control implementation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Computer literacy, particularly experience working with MS Excel and MS Word
