Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Focus on safety, clear and positive communication, quality assurance checks and documentation, work flow processes and procedures, contamination control, cost control, technician utilization, employee management, and continuous improvement.
  • Leadership: Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Warranty and Compliance: Ensure that all warranty guidelines and processes are followed, and that all work is conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of technicians, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of the business.
Requirements
  • Trade Qualifications: Electrical Fitter, Auto Electrician, or Diesel Mechanic qualifications are essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills are required to effectively communicate with customers and personnel at all levels.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills and experience are necessary to lead and manage a team of technicians.
  • Technical Experience: Good technical experience on Komatsu product range is required.
  • Systems and Processes: Good understanding of Komatsu systems and processes is essential.
