Key Responsibilities
  • Service Delivery: Implementing and monitoring accommodation support and respite services for people with intellectual disabilities to ensure high-quality outcomes and continuous improvement.
  • Leadership and Supervision: Providing leadership and supervision to operational staff to ensure delivery of high-quality 24-hour support to people with disabilities.
  • Relationship Building: Developing effective relationships with stakeholders, including people with disabilities, families, guardians, and government agencies.
  • Legislative Awareness: Maintaining awareness of legislative requirements, departmental policies, and guidelines.

The Team Leader plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services and making a positive impact on the lives of people with disabilities.
