Job Overview

The business development role forms part of a key team and is responsible for driving customer relationships, growth strategies and delivery of projects in Australia and New Zealand.

The successful candidate will maintain close partnerships with stakeholders to ensure successful business growth and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead a growth strategy and implementation plan for the ANZ region;
  • Evaluate and assist with converting new business opportunities in collaboration with industry stakeholders to achieve market growth and profitability targets;
  • Provide market knowledge and up-to-date insights on customers, competitors, products and services;
  • Contribute to pursuits and drive internal approval processes for submissions in collaboration with the Head of Precontracts APAC;
  • Promote the company's product, solution and service portfolio in the ANZ market
  • Support sales and marketing activities as required;
  • Maintain a database of current and potential clients and their projects;
  • Stay updated with the company's portfolio of products and services to effectively communicate their features to clients;
  • Adhere to the company's sales guidelines in terms of pricing, contracts and payment terms, compliance and business conduct.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with the ITS Industry relevant to the Australia and New Zealand market and aligned to the company's portfolio for at least 3 years;
  • Experience in a similar growth-related role for at least 2 years;
  • Education or University degree in a related commercial and/or technical field.
