Lead Data Product Manager

We seek a seasoned leader to drive strategic data product development and deployment, fostering collaborative partnerships with cross-functional teams.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive product roadmaps, ensuring seamless delivery from concept to launch.
  • Mentor and guide a high-performing team, promoting growth, innovation, and agility.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, including engineering, analytics, and business partners.
  • Drive product performance optimization, leveraging data insights and user feedback.
  • Champion agile methodologies and product thinking across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in data, analytics, or digital product leadership roles.
  • Deep understanding of data lifecycles, reporting tools, and product concepts.
  • Experience working in agile environments and cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, building strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, or similar.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in regulated industries, such as health insurance or financial services.
  • Familiarity with data governance frameworks and data catalogues.
  • Knowledge of modern cloud-based data platforms, including AWS, Snowflake.
