We're seeking a seasoned delivery-focused leader to help shape and deliver high-impact data products that drive smarter decisions, better member experiences, and operational efficiency.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of data products from requirements to launch and ongoing support. This includes managing and mentoring a small team, collaborating with engineering and analytics teams to build scalable, high-quality solutions, tracking product performance, supporting user testing, and driving continuous improvement.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of data lifecycles, reporting tools, and product concepts. You should also have experience working in agile environments and cross-functional delivery teams.

Key Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 5+ years' experience in a data, analytics, or digital product role
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
