  • Track product performance, support user testing, and drive continuous improvement
  • Engage stakeholders across the business to understand needs and communicate updates
  • Champion agile delivery and product thinking across the Data & AI team

Let's talk about you

This role is ideal for someone with experience in data, analytics, or product development who is looking to deepen their expertise in data product management and make a real impact.

What you'll bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 5+ years' experience in a data, analytics, or digital product role
  • Strong understanding of data lifecycles, reporting tools and product concepts
  • Experience working in agile environments and cross-functional delivery teams
  • Communication skills that build strong stakeholder relationships
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Tableau, PowerBI (or similar)

It's a bonus if you have:

  • Experience in health insurance, financial services, or regulated industries
  • Knowledge of data governance frameworks and data catalogues
  • Familiarity with AWS, Snowflake, or modern cloud-based data platforms

We know some people only apply when they meet every requirement. We're always on the lookout for curious individuals who will add to the culture – so if this role resonates with you and you have relevant experience, we'd love to hear from you
