About the Role

As a Senior Design Strategist, you will shape and lead our design vision, partnering with cross-functional leaders to champion customer needs and drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to embed design and customer experience into the segment strategy and roadmap.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of product designers in cross-functional squads, setting clear direction and supporting career growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, data, product, and UX teams to deliver products that elevate our platform and delight customers.
Requirements
  • 7+ Years Experience: In experience design with strong product and technology expertise.
  • Service Design Skills: Proven ability to apply systems thinking to enhance end-to-end customer journeys.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication skills, adept at stakeholder engagement, customer empathy, and cross-functional consensus building.
