We're seeking a seasoned Design Strategist to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to shape customer experiences and drive business outcomes. As a Design Strategist, you will provide critical design direction and leadership to your team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading strategic initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to inform platform strategy and drive customer-centric solutions.
  • Mentoring and guiding team members to develop their skills and expertise, promoting growth and development opportunities.
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders to align design decisions with business objectives and key performance indicators.

You will also partner with other leads across product, engineering, and business teams to influence platform strategy and drive customer and business outcomes.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 8+ years of experience in digital product design.
  • Proven experience working autonomously and leading independent strategic initiatives.
  • Extensive experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and driving business outcomes.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, including the ability to listen, empathize, and influence.
