Job Description

The Customer Service Specialist is a key role in our organization, responsible for handling complex calls and customer complaints. This involves resolving service issues and ensuring customer commitments are met.

The role also involves administrative tasks, account maintenance, and processing customer orders. We require a professional and friendly telephone manner with good knowledge of customer service objectives, principles, and complaints management.

Our ideal candidate will have high attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills, with the ability to follow policies, procedures, and think analytically. Demonstrated initiative, flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively both as part of a team and unsupervised are essential.

Awareness and experience in the irrigation/plumbing industry are advantageous, but not required. A flexible approach to challenges and a strong focus on achieving customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving are key qualities we look for in a successful candidate.
