About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Occupational Therapy Graduate to join our team of allied health professionals. As an Occupational Therapy Graduate, you will work closely with our experienced team to provide high-quality services to clients and employers.
Key Responsibilities- Assist and shadow the rehab consulting team in conducting worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment, and home ADL assessments
- Report writing and other administrative tasks
- Design, implement, and monitor programs to assist injured employees return to the workforce
- Liaise with clients, medical practitioners, insurers, and employers to achieve outcomes appropriate for all parties
- Provide ad hoc support to a multi-disciplinary team of rehabilitation consultants to assist clients in recovering from injury
- Currently enrolled in (or recently completed) a Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy, with the ability to obtain AHPRA registration as an OT upon graduation in 2024 or early 2025
- Willingness to travel (a current vehicle and driver's license is essential)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service
