As we embark on a significant sub-ledger implementation project within our Commodities and Global Markets Finance division, the position of End-to-End Test Manager holds paramount importance. In this role, you will oversee the comprehensive testing process, encompassing subsystems, unit testing, system testing, UAT testing, and non-functional testing such as performance and automation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine the overarching test approach and develop the program test strategy to ensure seamless integration and efficient execution.
  • Formulate and implement all necessary test plans, meticulously outlining key objectives and deliverables.
  • Effectively manage defect and configuration management processes to maintain optimal quality control.
  • Foster collaboration and communication across teams, driving alignment and productivity.
Essential Qualifications
  • Proven leadership experience in a testing environment, with a track record of successfully guiding high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in managing test assets and defect management processes, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Proficiency in DevOps toolchains, including Confluence, Jira, Bamboo, Bitbucket, Github, and Gitlab, to facilitate streamlined collaboration and workflows.
