We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Laboratory Specialist to join our I CARE team in the laboratory setting.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in medical laboratory science, with certifications in areas such as chemistry, hematology, microbiology, immunology, and blood bank.
- Perform comprehensive diagnostic testing in various laboratory settings.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to established safety and compliance standards (CLIA, CAP).
- Communicate complex test results and collaborate with healthcare providers to support patient care.
- Maintain current knowledge of laboratory practices through ongoing education and training.
