  • Proven ability to develop and lead high-performing teams, leveraging strengths and addressing challenges.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, with a focus on collaboration and results-oriented work.
  • Understanding of service leadership, staff management, and community engagement principles.
  • Current certifications and knowledge of ECEC legislation, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
