The College promotes the inherent dignity of each student and their right to a respectful and safe environment.We are seeking a highly experienced teacher and strategic leader to join us as the Director of College Operations.
This role oversees the operational management of the College, ensuring smooth daily activities.You will lead the operational team and manage functions such as:Strategic Planning: Develop and manage the College calendar to align with our vision.Daily Operations: Oversee the College timetable and organisation team to ensure proper coverage.Event Coordination: Organise major College events with staff.Risk & Compliance: Work with the Risk and Compliance Manager on safety procedures and emergency management.Staffing: Collaborate with HR on staffing needs and communication.The ideal candidate is proactive, with excellent communication and organisational skills.
Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends is required, along with a commitment to the College's Catholic ethos and Lasallian tradition.This is a two-year Position of Leadership (POL 4.0).
Key RequirementsProven experience in senior operational or leadership roles, preferably in education.Strong strategic and organisational skills.Ability to manage complex schedules and priorities.Commitment to the College's mission and values.Join us in helping students find their "Right Path".
