We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our release management initiatives.

As a Technical Release Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our formal release cadence. Your role will encompass the coordination of cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of releases.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop strategies to meet them;
  • Designing and implementing effective release management processes to minimize risk and maximize efficiency;
  • Coordinating with technical teams to plan, execute, and validate releases;
  • Developing and maintaining detailed release plans and status reports;
  • Ensuring compliance with ITIL best practices and company policies;
  • Leading meetings with internal technology teams to communicate release status, risks, and constraints;
  • Maintaining accurate records of all releases and related documentation.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience;
  • At least 5 years' experience in ICT release management in an ITIL operational or engineering environment;
  • Certification as a project management professional (PMP) is required; other certifications are preferred;
  • ITIL certification;
  • Experience leading teams with regular cadence and keeping them on track.

You will possess excellent communication and project management skills, with a strong ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate their passion for delivering high-quality results and commitment to upholding company values.
