Strategic Release Leader

We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our product release process, developing change processes and procedures as required.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing internal integrations into our release cycles. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Quality Assurance, Technology & Deployment, and Professional Services, to deliver high-quality product releases.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing a release strategy, identifying and evaluating appropriate tools, techniques, and processes
  • Leading the product release process, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the cycle
  • Collaborating with business and IT teams on release scheduling and communication of progress
  • Ensuring compliance with company risk and control governance frameworks
  • Managing day-to-day change activities within product feature teams
  • Communicating each product release to internal stakeholders, including coordination of showcases and follow-up with key business owners
  • Providing weekly management release reporting

To succeed in this role, we are looking for individuals with strong leadership skills, advanced communication abilities, and experience working with cross-functional teams. A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required, with a preference for advanced/graduate degrees.
