We are seeking an experienced Technical Release Manager for a world leader in the gaming entertainment industry. The Technical Release Manager will be responsible for assisting the Technical Operations Manager in all release-related activities.

**Responsibilities**
- Training and coaching on Scrum and Agile delivery standards and Ways of Working
- Be an SME on Jira and Confluence and be able to coach others on utilising both
- Working alongside the technical operations manager
- Ensure that the release process is well-documented and adheres to our standards
- Work closely with the development team to ensure that releases are delivered on time and are of high quality
- Coordinate with other teams, such as QA, Operations, and Support, to ensure that releases are properly tested and supported
- Monitor and track the status of releases and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact the release process
- Continuously improve the release process by identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices
- Manage and prioritize competing demands and ensure that the release process meets the needs of the business

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in software release management
- 5+ years of experience in Jira and Confluence
- 5+ years of experience in MS Projects
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong technical background and understanding of software development processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Experience with software version control systems, such as Git
- Experience with build and release automation tools, such as Jenkins or TeamCity
- Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Azure
