We are currently seeking a Business Development professional to expand our presence in the construction sector within Melbourne's South East territory. As an enthusiastic individual, you will have the opportunity to grow and enhance our customer base, working closely with the Job Site Solutions Construction Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Territory Growth: Target strategic users to convert them to Milwaukee products, achieving sales targets across the designated area.
- Presentation and Sales: Effectively present Milwaukee products and solutions to the construction industry, showcasing their value and benefits.
- Communication and Collaboration: Maintain consistent communication with the Area Sales Management team, fostering a positive and productive relationship.
- Customer Relationships: Develop strong personal business relationships with customers, driving conversions and increasing brand awareness.
- In-Field Conversions: Drive in-field conversions, trial new products, and increase brand awareness through effective sales strategies.
About You:
- You should possess a hunter mentality, able to seek out and convert opportunities effectively.
- Field sales or end-user sales experience is required, with a high level of autonomy and self-motivation.
- A trade background or hands-on experience with tools is desirable, as well as computer literacy and experience with CRM systems.
- Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, along with a full driver's license and excellent driving record.
Salary and Benefits:
