We are currently seeking a Business Development professional to expand our presence in the construction sector within Melbourne's South East territory. Key Responsibilities:

  • In-Field Conversions: Drive in-field conversions, trial new products, and increase brand awareness through effective sales strategies.

About You:

  • You should possess a hunter mentality, able to seek out and convert opportunities effectively.
  • Field sales or end-user sales experience is required, with a high level of autonomy and self-motivation.
  • A trade background or hands-on experience with tools is desirable, as well as computer literacy and experience with CRM systems.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, along with a full driver's license and excellent driving record.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is between $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect a range of great employee benefits, including:
