Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Solutions Manager to oversee multiple client accounts from concept through MVP to release and all on-going development.

This role requires strong relationships building, milestone tracking and communication of project timelines and deliverables clearly and proactively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of app development clients from concept to launch and beyond.
  • Serve as the main point of contact, building long-term relationships based on trust and delivery.
  • Work closely with the Project Coordinator to align development, design and client expectations.
  • Track and communicate project milestones, deadlines and deliverables clearly and proactively.
  • Identify and resolve risks or issues to keep projects moving forward.
About You
  • You should have 5+ years of experience in account management, client services or project ownership in a technology or app-related environment.
  • A strong understanding of digital projects, technology concepts or app development lifecycles is essential.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are required.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects at the same time is necessary.
  • Commercially aware, proactive and solutions-oriented approach is required.
  • Extremely well-organized with the ability to simplify complex processes for clients is an asset.
