The OpportunityWe seek a motivated and client-focused Account Manager to be the link between our clients, design team, developers and project coordinators. In this role you will oversee multiple client accounts from the initial idea through to launch and beyond. You will build strong relationships, ensure milestones are met, and act as a trusted adviser to help clients realise the full potential of their product roadmap.
This is not a traditional sales role. It is about partnership, problem solving and delivering on ambitious ideas.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of app development clients from concept through MVP to release and all ongoing development
- Serve as the main point of contact, building long-term relationships based on trust and delivery
- Work closely with the Project Coordinator to align development, design and client expectations
- Track and communicate project milestones, deadlines and deliverables clearly and proactively
- Identify and resolve risks or issues to keep projects moving forward
- Provide regular updates and facilitate stage reviews with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure technical solutions match client goals
- Suggest enhancements, future versions and growth opportunities beyond the MVP
- Act as a client advocate while balancing delivery timelines and resources
- 5+ years of experience in account management, client services or project ownership in a technology or app-related environment
- Strong understanding of digital projects, technology concepts or app development lifecycles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects at the same time
- Commercially aware, proactive and solutions-oriented
- Extremely well organised with the ability to simplify complex processes for clients
- Knowledge of app development (design, UX, development cycles, testing, deployment) is desirable
