Job Summary

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in leading and managing teams, developing strategies and plans for intelligence teams, and providing tactical, operational, and strategic analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and drive organisational success.
  • Lead and manage a team of intelligence practitioners to produce and disseminate intelligence products that inform decision-making at all levels.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on intelligence concepts and methods to support business outcomes.
  • Build and sustain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Maintain currency in intelligence concepts and methods through ongoing professional development and learning opportunities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams in a law enforcement or intelligence agency.
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of intelligence concepts and methods.
  • Ability to set strategic direction and deliver operational and organisational outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
