As a senior facilities manager, you will lead a high-performing team to drive operational excellence across industrial assets. You will influence client strategy and shape long-term outcomes on prestigious and award-winning accounts.


Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of facilities managers on large portfolios of industrial and logistics assets.
  • Manage assets hands-on and act as the state lead, delivering strategic insights and ensuring exceptional service outcomes.
  • Drive performance across all facets of facilities operations, including contract management, budgeting, compliance, capital works and lifecycle planning.
  • Embed a high-performing team culture that thrives on collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
  • Play a critical role in driving ESG outcomes, safety, risk mitigation and asset resilience across the portfolio.

  • Proven experience leading facilities management operations across commercial, industrial or logistics portfolios.

  • Robust understanding of risk, compliance, WHS and lifecycle asset planning.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to manage contracts at scale.
