About the Role

We are seeking an experienced physiotherapist to join our team in Dubbo and surrounding areas.

As a home care physiotherapist, you will deliver evidence-based physiotherapy assessments and interventions to clients under aged care funding programs.

Your work will focus on reablement and restorative care, helping older people maintain or regain independence, mobility, and confidence to remain living at home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments of clients' needs and develop individualised programs for their care.
  • Deliver high-quality physiotherapy interventions to support clients' goals and improve their overall well-being.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve optimal client outcomes.
Requirements
  • Degree in physiotherapy with current registration with AHPRA.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess physiotherapy needs and develop programmes for aged care clients in the community.
  • Postgraduate experience working with varied aged care services, including rehabilitation and community settings.
  • Comprehensive understanding of reablement and restorative care models.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Current first aid certificate and unrestricted driver's licence.
